We want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choice; if your fixtures are not the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and have not been installed or wired.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the lighting fixtures you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label and the included packing slip for secure processing.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our warehouse will inspect the returned goods within 5-7 business days, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
